Students Grievance Redressal Portal
At Duxford Skill Garden (DSG), we are dedicated to addressing student concerns swiftly and equitably. To facilitate the efficient handling of grievances, we encourage students to submit their concerns via email to the Grievance Redressal Committee.
How to Submit Your Grievance:
- Draft your grievance: Clearly outline the issue, including all relevant details such as dates, locations, and individuals involved, if applicable.
- Attach supporting documents: Include any relevant documents or evidence (e.g., medical certificates, training records, etc.) to support your grievance.
- Send your grievance via email to: dsg@duxford.in
Types of Grievances You Can Submit:
- Academic Concerns: Issues related to training, assessments, attendance, etc.
- Administrative Matters: Challenges with facilities, campus services, or infrastructure.
- Harassment or Discrimination: Report any form of bullying, harassment, or unfair treatment.
- Financial Concerns: Concerns regarding fees, scholarships, or financial assistance.
- Other Concerns: Any additional issues impacting your experience at DSG.
