Duxford Skill Garden (DSG) is dedicated to sustainability with a green campus designed to minimize environmental impact. We use energy-efficient systems, promote waste reduction and recycling, and incorporate renewable energy sources. Our campus features green spaces that enhance biodiversity and air quality, and we support sustainable transportation options. We also integrate environmental education into our curriculum and actively engage in community conservation efforts, reflecting our commitment to a sustainable future.
One major green campus initiative is our comprehensive waste management program. Through this initiative, we have implemented strategies to reduce, reuse, and recycle waste across campus. We’ve installed recycling bins in key locations and launched awareness campaigns to encourage students, faculty, and staff to properly sort their waste. Additionally, we’ve partnered with local recycling facilities to ensure that recyclable materials are processed responsibly.
